With an extensive international background spanning more than thirty countries - including extended residencies in Wales and Germany - Lydia brings a unique perspective shaped by diverse cultures and global business practices. This international experience has deepened her understanding of cultural nuances and their importance in today's interconnected business environment.

Lydia holds multiple professional credentials, including diplomas in Administration, Bookkeeping, Heavy Equipment Operation, and in Environment, Health and Safety. She holds certification as a National Construction Safety Officer and Class 1 Professional Driver. Her career encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, construction, mining, logging, heavy equipment, distribution, finance, and customer service. This diverse background enables her to understand the unique challenges and requirements across various sectors.
